8.1 Biscardi & Associates reserves the right to use photographs and/or scenes filmed in video taken during our coverage where you appear, for commercial and/or broadcasting purposes of Biscardi & Associates, thus granting us the use of your image for the described purposes. 

8.2 Biscardi & Associates has the right to use the images for the granted use, always with the obligation to respect the right to honor.

8.3 The transfer of image that you make to Biscardi & Asociados, covers both digital media (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Emailing, Pinterest, Website), and digital media (flyers, brochures, flyers, brochures).

8.4 The authorization is granted without any territorial or temporal limitation, so that the rights are granted for worldwide and unlimited use.

8. 5 You will not receive any remuneration for the assignment of the image rights, and the assignment is granted free of charge. 

8.6 For the resolution of any disputes that may arise in connection with the interpretation of this contract, the parties submit to the dispute resolution arbitration system.

8.7 Biscardi & Associates reserves the right to publish in its digital media the testimonials given by you through any means (Social Networks, E Mail, Website, Personally, etc), in order to spread the word about our services.

8.7.1 In case you decide to publish your testimony, Biscardi & Asociados undertakes to publish only your name and city. It will publish your last name and brand name only with your express authorization.
